Kim Hyun Joong - What Makes Him Fit and Healthy

 Kim Hyun Joong is not only an entertainer, a singer, a dancer and an endearing soul to his fans. He performs well to the best of his abilities. He always prepares himself to perfection. And with these tasks, he needs a body that will give him strength that will last until his next activities.

We know he likes to challenge himself into doing stuffs like diving, his latest sports.

He also played soccer on days he doesn't have activities, or even in between activities. He does not relax which some fans are concerned about. Because we want a healthy and strong Kim Hyun Joong.

Recently photos of him training at J. Bro Gym surfaced the net. 

Oh, so this is how he keeps himself fit and in good shape. We have seen his amazing abs, his developed muscles with his continuing transformation from a boy during his SS501 days until he decided to make it as a solo artist. And, seriously, he is a man now.

With his beautiful physique that can be seen even with layers of clothing, he exudes a man of character which echoes his healthy regimen, which is exercise.
